While your supporters enjoy our exclusive coupons, they help raise money for your organization. Further, their donated rebates may be tax deductible.

How Does It Work?
At www.allyearfundraising.com, supporters simply select your organization from a list of Partner Organizations, and start shopping. All Year Fundraising provides direct links to many popular online stores.
We are able to offer this opportunity because our participating merchants offer rebates when customers shop through www.allyearfundraising.com. A percentage of these rebates are then passed on to your group.
How can my organization start earning money?
In order for an organization to benefit from All Year Fundraising, it must become a Partner Organization. To become a Partner Organization, an authorized person simply registers the organization. This person must be authorized by the organization in accordance with our terms and conditions.
By registering, the authorized individual becomes the Group Leader. This person is in charge of creating and managing the organization's account. The Group Leader's responsibilities vary depending on the account type selected. He or she might only be required to collect the disbursement checks! If the Individual Account type is selected, the Group Leader will manage the group's individual accounts.
Who can become a supporter?
Anyone can become a Supporter. Supporters simply need to visit www.allyearfundraising.com, select an organization, and do their online shopping through one of our participating merchants. Supporters do not need to open an account.
A supporter can be a parent, relative, friend, or neighbor who is willing to allow their online shopping to benefit your organization. Supporters also have access to our exclusive coupons and can create individual accounts to track their rebates.
How do I know if my organization is a Partner Organization with www.allyearfundraising.com?
Please click here to search for your organization. If you do not find your organization on our list of Partner Organizations, there are two things you can do:
- Give our informational flyer to someone from your organization who has the authority to act as your Group Leader; or
- Provide us with some minimal information and let us contact your organization for you.
How much can my organization make?
Like any fundraiser, the amount your group earns depends on the level of participation and effort put in by your supporters. However, there are two things that separate All Year Fundraising from typical fundraisers:
- It is easy to get people involved.
- Supporters are not inconvenienced. In fact, they benefit from the perks associated with shopping through All Year Fundraising.

The numbers above are a conservative estimate of the power of All Year Fundraising. You may think it will be difficult to reach these numbers, but our experience shows they are extremely low.
Some of our smallest groups are sports teams. A sports team of only 15 participants can easily reach 60 active supporters with only 4 supporters per participant. When parents purchase equipment or other items online, their purchases directly benefit the team.
Further, the number of people who shop online is growing every day and many supporters spend far more than $75.00 per month online. If you merely ask people to do their normal online shopping through All Year Fundraising, you will meet or exceed your current fundraising efforts without a time-consuming fundraising event.
